By downloading or using Drift - Sounds for Sleep ("Drift"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Drift is a mobile application that plays ambient sounds to help users sleep, relax, and focus. The app offers both free and premium content.
Drift offers optional in-app purchases including a monthly subscription ($2.99/month) and a lifetime purchase ($9.99). Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings after purchase.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
All content in Drift, including sounds, design, and code, is owned by Drift or licensed for use. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the app.
Drift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Drift is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drift and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
